Follow these steps when you send your laptops to us

You need to go through the following steps in order to deliver you laptop to us

1. The client packadges his laptop in a box with folded newspapers so that the laptop doesn't bump during the transportation.
2. In order to deliver your laptop, within the box you need to send
1. the laptop
2. the charger
3. all CDs / DVDs that came along with your laptop
4. laptop bag or box
3. Our company will inform the courrier service to visit you
4. Within 3-5 days you will have a cost estimation
5. The secretary will contact you for the following steps
1. Return : If the client denies the service there will be a minimum charge.
2. Repair: If the client accepts the cost, then the repair process starts.
6. When the service is over, the laptop department, keeps your machine working for some days, in order to be sure of the service that has been done.
7. The laptop is then delivered to the client and the payment is done through the courrier service. If the client wants to make a deposit, then there is a 5% discount.
